The 内兹佩尔塞 and Coeur d’Alene Tribes partner with 我 to increase recruitment of regional Tribal scholars to all 我 pathways, collaborate to provide specialized professional development opportunities for 我 participants via regional Indigenous pedagogies summits, and assist with providing induction services for newly 的地方d teachers and administrators. Consortium tribes also partner in offering professional development workshops for faculty and K-12 educators in regional LEA’s and institutions of higher education.

我 Pre-Service Teacher Cohort is the original 我 model established in 2016. The pathways ecosystem will strengthen the success of Indigenous pre-service teachers by building authentic professional learning communities, because we are nurturing school systems to have the funds of knowledge to serve Indigenous students and their communities through sovereign affirming, 在教学上健全的学校教育实践.
我 Indigenous Education 领导 Cohort is designed to 准备 Indigenous education leadership cohorts to apply for principal certification. These are the leaders we need in schools across Idaho serving on or near tribal nations to nurture and sustain school ecosystems of 支持.
