What is unique about 团体咨询?
集团提供安全保障, confidential space for students to help each other get support, 验证, 归一化, diverse perspectives and adaptive skills to navigate challenging situations. 通常, students feel empowered to make changes in their own lives after listening to other members in the group because they learn that they are not alone in their struggles.
研究 has also shown that 团体咨询 is as effective as individual counseling and, 在适当的时候, could be used in conjunction with individual counseling.
